After researching the problem on your website I learned that this symptom was caused by the Rotary Temperature Switch 99% of the time. I also learned that the Pressure Switch Hose can also be responsible for this problem 99% of the time. I then decided to order both Items.
The parts were were received in two days and two days later I installed the Rotary Switch which at this point has cleared up my problem.
