Make sure either power is turned off or stove is unplugged from the wall. Took the back apart, unplugged both wires , removed old piece and replaced it with new piece, plugged wires back in and replaced back. Pretty simple fix. Works good as new. The part was even delivered the day before Thanksgiving so my wife could cook our meal. Very pleased. Will order from here again if needed.
