The online information was excellent and well presented. The 'how to' video was also wonderful.
I had a little problem with the bake element connection. I guess that was because it is an older model stove, it had screws instead of clips and a third wire came loose and fell in back. My brother was able to come over and figure it out so it all turned out just fine. We are now able to bake the turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.
The broil element replacement went perfectly in just a few minutes. I thought I was being smart to replace both elements right away as I assumed they worked together. In retrospect, that probably was not needed. But that is not your fault.
I got the parts the day after I ordered.
