I ordered this part and replaced it myself. The photo confirmed I had the correct part. I removed the crisper drawers and all (took 1 minute) and couldn't figure out how to remove this part. Some of the notes claimed there were screws holding it on but that is not correct. One of the large tabs on this part is what keeps this part in place. It's the large tab just slightly to the rear of center. Press it and lift up and the part comes right out. You have to remove the crisper slider from the old one, a sliding mechanism that it attaches to and then another part that slides to that one that connects at the end of this part that runs along the back of the inside of the fridge. It's really all rather obvious when you look at it. No tools necessary. No screws at all. The most difficult part is figuring out which tab to release to remove the end cap. There are only a couple possibilities on the part and you only need to release one. So if you choose one and it doesn't work then move to the next one. From start to finish, it won't take you but a few minutes. It may be extended should you feel the need to clean up old spills like I did. I took the other end cap off exactly the same way and cleaned an old fruit juice spill that had been bugging me for over a year.
All in all this was a very easy and quick job. As I said above - NO tools an NO screws or other hardware.
