I found that the condenser fan was running but the compressor was not! I suspected the problem was either the compressor start system or the run capacitor was bad. I went to two different appliance parts stores to purchase the parts. Because the Freezer/Refridg was a Thermador, they could not help me. I had no problem getting the correct parts through AppliancePartsPros.!.
Replacing the above parts corrected the problem.
By the way, The replacement cost of the freezer/refridge is $10,000!
