Replaced Thermal Fuse Assembly and Thermostat. Third or forth time this has happened. Used videos to guide repair. Also checked lint filter and exhaust vent for blockage, length within specs and exterior flaps to make sure these were not causing excessive heat build up. Since the last replacement, we do not use the high temperature setting or place anything on top of the dryer. The Thermal Fuse continues to blow every few years regardless of precautions we have taken to keep the heat at a lower lever.
