Benjamin S Portland , ME July 02, 2018 Thermal fuse had blown and wire had melted as a result I replaced the thermal cutoff kit and a heating element connection wire. Super simple and probably saved me over $100 if I had called a repairman. The videos on your site as well as the customer service person I spoke with were SUPER helpful. Thank you!!!
