The video on how to change the part at the bottom of the door was awesome. It took me like 5 minutes to fix it. I had been living with that noise for years! The ice tray wasn't as easy. The video was okay but it didn't show what it should look like when the things were lined up at the back of the box. I put the tray in and it wouldn't work. It didn't slide in easily like the video made it appear. So I thought it was right but it was wrong. It would be great if you could redo the video to show what the alignment should look like when in properly. Mine was a tight fit and I had to work at it to get it in.The video makes it appear like you just set the tray in and it works. But everything else was excellent! Thank you!
