Barbara C Ridge Springs , SC October 07, 2015 My top line bosch would not finish a cycle (i think it was damaged by lighting) i ordered several parts My son-in-law replaced a total of three parts and it ran one complete cycle. It would not run again, so we gave up and returned the parts. The customer service was great and the refund was very prompt. I was only willing to try ordering these parts because of the guarantee that they would refund. Great company. Would use them again if needed.
