Cynthia R Toms River , NJ December 27, 2015 Appliance: Model AP5956100 My top rack of my dishwasher's rolling arm system was broken had been for months I called up your company and with the knowledgeable customer service staff they help me get the correct parts that I needed to fix it. The parts arrived within 2 days of my order. I fixed it Saturday morning still in my pjs before I cooked breakfast. I wish I had called months ago instead of dealing with a broken top rack.
