There were multiple plastic pieces broken off the Adjuster assembly and the rack stops had also broken. Rack was falling and slipping off the rails.
The guides and videos were simple to follow and made the process of replacing everything so easy! With the quality of the items I've now replaced I feel my dishwasher is even more sturdy will not fail again.
