I have a GE Cafe Dishwasher [CDT765SSF0SS]. It has stopped washing in the last few weeks. So far I have replaced the inlet valve, removed the spray arms and cleaned them, and ran through the service mode.
If I look into the dishwasher while a cycle is running (crack the door and keep the door switched with a screw driver) I can see the spray arms are not spinning and the water is barely coming out.
When running the test for the water valve, the water begins to fill (from the side ports) but only for about 15 secs (the service manual states it should take about 1 min - "Attempts to automatically fill tub to normal volume. Take approximately 1 minute to the normal level."
If I manually fill the bottom of the of the tub with water before the cycle starts (and 'watch' the cycle by cracking the door I can see the arms spraying correctly.
Once the this flood switch was replaced the tub would fill for one minute when doing the water valve test as the service manual stated. Everything is working great since this has been replaced.
