Replaced suspension springs with the kit ordered. The repair was simple but a couple of ideas were not included in the video. The backset of suspension springs can be replaced from above, but attention needs to be given to the slot that is in the bottom receptacle and then pushed or pulled firmly in place. The new springs have a higher tension and proved difficult to pull up through top housing far enough to place in the hub receptacle. I was able to pull up high enough to get just the tip through the socket assembly and then use a pair of vice grips to grab the curved (hooked) section and pull completely up and through the socket to allow me to put the hub on the spring assembly. uL error was corrected with the new spring assembly. I could have ordered spring assembly through a competitor (less costly) but chose not to based on customer reviews of "similar" products and NOT genuine Maytag / Whirpool as supplied by Appliance Parts Pros.
