The part needed replacing. The plastic that grips the wheel had disintegrated (after 20 years). The part would come off the wheel and the dishrack would sag. We made do for 2 weeks by being verrry careful! But the part clearly needed replacement.
Ordered the part online from AppliancePartsPros.com. Easy process.
Part arrived the following day, UPS.
I removed the old part and wheel, and slipped in the new part ~10 minutes.
All working fine.
