I could plainly see it was just a part that needed to be replaced; one that I surely could do myself. After locating the part number from my owners manual, it was simple to match it up perfectly on Appliance Pros website. The measurement,description and images are very detailed and accurate. I decided to replace both front wheel/rollers just because I feel they had the same amount of wear and tear. The parts arrived very quick.(The next day!) All I did was snap the new ones in place. Very easy!
