John R Pisgah Forest , NC May 12, 2020 The upper wash arm in my dishwasher cane loose and fell to the bottom of the wash chamber. I ordered a replacement part guided by the diagram on the AppliancePartsPros website. When the parts came, I tried to install the new washer arm, but the plastic fitting that holds the washer arm to the frame broke. I had to order a new parts kit, even though only the small fitting was broken. AppliancePartsPros graciously sent me a new washer arm kit free of charge.
