I replaced them. They snapped into place.
However, one of the two arrived broken. I contacted AppliancePartsPros.com and immediately received instructions on how to return the broken part. The next day, I received an e-mail requesting a photo of the broken part and some information about what condition it arrived in, and the following day I received an e-mail letting me know that a new part would be shipped to me pronto. Now that's what I call customer service!
