I Called Sear rather than order on line and told them exactly what I wanted "the narrow bottom bin". They sent me the larger gallon bin and charged me almost $10.00 to return the wrong part and said it would be another $10.00 return fee. Rather than chance getting the wrong bin again, we went to AppliancePartsPros.com and found the same bin for HALF the price. The salesman on the phone said if it is not the right bin they would pay for the return shipping and make it right. If they can pay for return shipping to fix their error why can't Sears. I will never order parts from Sears again. I highly recommend AppliancePartsPros.com. PS The bin was identical to the one that came with the refrigerator originally.
