Replaced the Cold Control Thermostat,Defrost Thermostat, Defrost Timer, Starter and the Capacitor. This did not fix my problem. The Evaporator Coil is still not getting frosted like it should, my problem is probably a leak in the closed system or a blockage in the part. At 300 dollars and the 200 for the other five parts it is becoming not worth the repair. I hope all of you out there can fix your issue with these simple first five replacement pieces. By the way I spoke to a woman named Robin in the service department. She was wonderful to talk and deal with, her knowledge and professionalism was exceptional with all of my troubleshooting questions. Hopefully she will get this feed beck from me.
