I called a repairman out for a diagnosis on problem. He said suspension rods were bad. Machine was never taken apart in any way as I was in a room close by and never heard any noises other than small talk as there were 2 guys. About 15 minutes later I was told suspension rods were bad so apparently they knew of the problem right away. I paid my $44 service charge and then was told it would about $300 for necessary repairs. I began a search and
ran across ur web site and on line video on how to replace suspension rods in a Samsung washing machine. I knew then I could do the work myself. Order parts from Appliancepartspros.com and had the parts in 2 days. Made the repair myself and saved tons of money. Excellent company and video really helped in making me aware of how easy the repair was.
