I looked up U-tube video. Husband took agitator apart, (this was the hardest part so he had to put it in vice and hit it because the broken pcs had it jammed) saw which pcs were broken. I looked online to see which parts to order; decided to order a new inner cap too since it was cheap to ensure against leaks, checked several sites & this 1 was cheapest. Parts came quickly, and he installed them in a few minutes, reassembled agitator and re-installed.
