Went to Youtube for suggestions on how to fix it. AppliancePartsPro's video was by far the best. And since they also sold the offending part, we bought from them. The part came the next day!! Going back to the video, we had the washer up and running again in less than half an hour. I truly cannot remember the last time I was so impressed with a firm's customer service.
