I did a quick look at the issue with it not draining. I looked to make sure the filter was not plugged up. I checked the drain line from tub to pump and pump to the standpipe to make sure they were not plugged. I ordered the pump and it arrived 3 days later. I watch the video site had on changing it out and had it done in 45 minutes. it would have been quicker if I would have not had to run back to the store twice for the 2 hose clamps. Otherwise, it would have been done in 15 minutes.
