Gregory R Hillsborough , NC October 19, 2015 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG W5451ANW/XAA Washer not draining and appears to lock up; intermittent 'nd' code After researching it was determined the drain pump motor had burned out. Ordered a replacement through AppliancePartsPros.com. The website included a video on replacing the pump on a washer nearly identical to mine. The video was very helpful in identifying all things to look for in extracting the old pump and reinstalling the new pump. The new pump installation took a little longer than recommended but that was mostly out of caution. Since the new installation the washer has been running fantastic.
