Did some research, figured out it was drain pump, ordered from a different provider but there was a problem with the delivery address so it was returned to sender. Had to order again but this time through appliance parts pros, requested expedited delivery, my washer pump got to its destination in 2 days, watched the how to install video on its website and washer is now fully operational.
