Ordered the part, had it in 2 days. Watched the video on site. Didn't order special tool and really didn't need it. Used 2 zip ties spaced about 12" apart, held belt on drive pulley with thumb and forefinger while rotating drum pulley with other hand. After belt was completely on rotated another few times and made sure it was centered. You can get a good grip on drum pulley so tightness wasn't a problem. Washer hasn't spun this fast in a long time according to the Mrs.
