Went online and found a video from appliance part pros about issues with off balance drums and huge amounts of vibrations. i found out thru the video and they ran you thru many different reasons it may be happening such as shock absorbers and spider washer and bearings. so after watching and following step by step instructions on how to break down washer I found the spider washer had cracked and was causing drum to be unbalanced and banging around inside washer on spin cycle.I then ordered the parts i needed which went very well and followed suggestions to replace drum seal and bearing seal gasket..ordered my parts and got them in one day with overnight from fed ex and replaced them just as video instructed and amazingly 3 hours of total time put into the project it runs great..saved me $450 by not having Samsung repair guy come out..thanks Appliance parts pros.
