They were very knowledgeable and professional. I placed the order for the part and I had it in one day! I installed the board in 15 minutes. Ran a lot of cycles afterward, and no problems what so ever. The price for the part was fair, and being able to return it if it didn't fix the problem, made this a no brainier.
