I was able to easily remove the front panel of the washing machine with two screws and the top with two more screws. With these for removed the top tilted open easily and I was able to access the water intake hose. Just two clamps and one screw later the part was installed and water was no longer leaking. Very easy repair and a 30 year old washing machine is back to work.
