Mike W Knoxville , TN June 17, 2014 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG WASHER WA400P JHDWR/AA Washer pump broke from wash tub Had to take entire frame base off and attach the new "improved" pump to the base. One hose was barely long enough to reach the tub.
