I looked up the problem on your website, watched the video and ordered the parts. The parts came in two days and the video was precise and exactly what I needed to replace the parts. The washer works like new now.
It is so easy the way you have it set up on your website, one can just look at the diagrams of the appliance, the parts have a reference number that can be scrolled down to check out details and videos on the part.
The pricing on the parts are good as well!
