The "Washer Tech Data Sheet" is inside the cabinet; once you remove the top the sheet is taped to the drum housing. The error code indicated a communication problem and that the control board needed to be replaced. I first made sure the water supply and the solenoids were functioning; they checked out okay. Purchased the main control board (great video by Appliance Parts Pros and advice by previous purchasers) but the problem continued with the same error. The "Data Sheet" shows how to do a diagnostic test where the program knob tests the function of the various part of the washer. Any function that required the motor to spin the drum failed. Did the motor tests found in the Data Sheet and the motor tested good. Replaced the Motor Control Board. The washer is up and running. In hindsight I should have ran the diagnostic test from the start since that is what pointed to the motor. The Motor Control Board had a burned spot where it had shorted. My advice; try running the diagnostic to see what it reveals.
