So, I finally got the error codes F31 and F32 to be displayed, meaning "drain cycle interruption' or something like that. Duhhhhh! I went straight to Appliance Parts Pros, and narrowed it down to the drain motor. Duhhhh, again! It was around 3:00 pm, so I ordered the motor and chose the overnight delivery (next day) shipping option. I drained the washer, tilted it over on its front, and had the old motor already removed when FedEx delivered the new motor at 11:30 am the next morning. I had the new motor in, and was running a test cycle by noon! Thank to Appliance Parts Pros, the 16-year-old washer is running like new again. You folks have bailed me out many times over the years! A big Texan THANKS to all at your great company!
