Rachel D Haddock , GA January 22, 2024 The washer was stuck in drain mode would not go to any other part of wash cycle. Removed the old drain pump, drained remaining water from washer. Ordered new drain pump, which arrived sooner than expected, and installed it in my washer. Voila! Machine works like a charm!!! Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
