I went on YouTube to see if I could fix the problem on my own before calling a repair person.
The first video I watched was Appliance Parts Pros. They showed the process step by step, and gave a link in the description to the part I needed to buy. The part came in 2 days and I was able to repair my machine on my own, saving time and money!
