Michael S Norwood , MA April 29, 2017 My washing front loading machine would bang and smoke what is was the the tub was loose and rubbing on the gasket i figured out the the bearings were worn so i ordered new bearings The price and availibilty was the best, I received new parts extremely fast. When I disassembled the machine I found that the bearings were fine and the tub was rotted out. So I purchased a new machine. Appliancepartspros.com was the best and very understanding when I returned the quality parts and issued me a refund very promptly. I will use their services again. I have repaired other appliances before and purchased products from this company and it has always been a pleasure to work with them.
