Googled problem. Others with similar conditions resolved their problem by changing the vibration suppression springs or both the springs and the suspension rods. AppliancePartsPro has simple and easy to understand how-to videos, along with great suggestions and diagnostics. Replacing the parts took 40 minutes on a Sarurday morning and the subsequent test run confirmed I had resolved the problem. I could not see or feel any differences between the old and new parts but clearly the old parts were worn out. Good Job AppliancePartsPros!
