How to replace Washer Drain Pump. The water didn't drain after the rinse cycle, unusual noise at that step. The system check indicated a drain pump problem. We ordered the replacement on Friday, it arrived on Sunday. The drain pump is located on the bottom of this Samsung machine, a rectangular hole in the bottom plate provided access - but not much room to work.
