Nilsa J Pinehurst , NC January 05, 2017 Washing machine leak I noticed a leak coming from underneath my washing machine and with the help of my hubby moved the washing machine out of place. After taking the top and back off I was able to find the leak coming from the cold water inlet valve. Again, got on the Internet and found AppliancePartsPros.com. I called them up, on a Sunday, a week before Christmas, and I had my part, Water Inlet Valve, delivered by Wednesday. I would call that TERRIFIC! The young woman who took my order was great and she told me that they also had the washing machine cleaner Affresh on sale. I ordered it and it did a wonderful job on the front loader. I have never had the problem that some people have reported about their front loader....the mold, the smell. The secret is...clean and dry your washer after finishing your wash on laundry day and leave the soap/ bleach dispenser door and washing machine door open. Well, anyway, I did order the Affresh and very happy to report what a fantastic job it did. I am so glad to have found AppliancePartsPro.com, their fast and courteous service is an example of how each business should treat their customers.
