I researched problem and thought I needed some new springs and ordered them.
The video was very helpful, although I ended up doing the repair a bit differently.......it was easier for me to remove the bracket and replace the spring, rather than trying to pull the spring off. (I'm old and don't have the strength in my hands to do that!). Regardless, the video showed me where the springs were and how to replace them.
I will always go to your site to get parts should I be able to do more DIY repairs! Thanks
