Watched several video on how to replace my Kitchenaid ice maker auger motor and ordered a new one online. I received it the following day. Once I took the old motor out I was surprised to see that it was attached to an adapter bracket. I had to go out and buy hardware to mount the new motor to the bracket. I was then able to install the new motor and it seems to be working fine.
