Jonathan D Murrieta , CA July 29, 2023 The unit wasn't washing properly, the lower arm was cracked. I replaced the lower arm after removing the top and bottom baskets. Literally took 5 minutes and I'm not handy ar all BTW. Just after watching the video of what to do I thought I could do it myself and save a couple of hundred bucks.
