I looked at a video online, took off the panel that covered the dispenser and saw how to replace the control bracket that had broken pins that held the micro switches in place. I used duct tape to make it work until I got the bracket in hand. I received the new part from Appliance Parts Pros in 2 days. Changing the bracket was a ten minute task from start to finish. The only tools I needed was a putty knife to release the cover and a small screwdriver to help remove the light in the dispenser.
