Ordered a replacement hose and watched the video. Well within my ability to replace it myself, so I did. Easy peasy. While doing that, I noticed that the water supply hoses were starting to crack, something I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. A rupture of one of those would have been catastrophic. Replaced those hoses as well.
