I watched the YouTube video recorded by AppliancePartsPros.com, which was clear, detailed, professional, and to the point; perfectly understandable to a lay person. It turned out that the problem was a defective pump. I ordered the pump from ApplianceParts Ptrobsro Parts which arrived in 2 days. I then replaced the pump following the step-by-step how-to video. The only issue I had was that the electrical wire out of the dishwasher was buried inside the wall; no big deal: I just turned it off from the circuit breaker panel. The whole process took about one hour (I am a very slow worker). My dishwasher now works perfectly well and of course I save a lot of money in the process. Thanks guys!
