I searched the problem using the make and model of my refrigerator. I was initially under the impression that the water switch was broken, I checked the switch and found that it worked normally. I looked further into the panel and found that the pins holding the switch were cracked. I found the part here for a great price. The video on AppliancePartsPros.com, was fantastic and made this a very simple repair. What could have been a $200 repair and service call bill turned into a $20 repair that took less than 30 minutes to fix! This site is a great resource! Thank you!
