Went to youtube to find relevant videos on how to fix/find problem. Found that one of the plastic pin holders on the bracket was broken, not allowing lever to open water flow. Went to your website, entered model# of refrigerator and ordered bracket. Within two days it came to home. We replaced the older one and within 15 minutes, water running freely again!!
