I researched the potential problem(s) and felt the water filter head was the culprit. The AppliancePartsPro site seemed to confirm my diagnosis and I went to order the part. Since there were 2 options - I called. Customer service was outstanding and I placed the order. Received the part and used the video to install - absolutely no problems. I really do appreciate the on-line "how to' videos and is a reason why I will continue to use this site.
