Figured out there was something wrong with the switch on my water dispenser. Nothing happened when I pressed the dispenser paddle. There was also no "action" in the paddle. It was like a spring was broken or something.
Thanks to the outstanding video appliancepartspros had, I was able to remove the front cover and find that the bracket was broken. The video gave me the confidence to fix it myself. The part came quickly and I had it fixed in 30 minutes.
