Once I realized what the problem was (three of the four posts/clips that hold the water dispenser microswitch had snapped off) and that I needed to replace the entire mounting bracket for both switches, the process was easy. Found the part on AppliancePartsPros.com using the model number of my frig, ordered the part online, waited for the part (I'm cheap), watch the video and install the part when it arrived. Took about 10 minutes. Easy peasy!
